We are hoping to firm up the numbers attending. If you haven't RSVP'd (with the total number attending) please do so as soon as you can. If you don't remember if you've sent us your number just check the right hand side under 'Who's Coming'. If there is a question mark next to your name we haven't got a solid number from you yet. We are still planning on having dinner on Friday night, we'll let you know in the next week or so what we can work out.
We have several people coming in from out of town that are looking for a place to stay. If you're willing and able to harbor old mission buddies and their families for the weekend please let us know. Be sure to include information like how many you can accomodate so we can get your information to the right people. Also if you are looking for a place to stay let us know and we'll see what we can do.
Thank you to those who've sent pictures we'd still like to get more though so if you've got them we'd love to see them.
And if there is anybody who can help with set up on Friday afternoon (April 3rd) please contact Rupp.
Finally as always if you are in contact with anybody from the mission please double check that they are aware of this.
